Sleek, modern luxury hotel. Great amenities, kind and funny staff. Perfect location in the city center, close to restaurants, shops, attractions. Room and bathroom are well designed, clean and equipped with everything needed. Highly recommend!

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location couldn't be better, right in the center of the old city and within walking distance of shops and restaurants. The staff, particularly Cristiana and Leonardo at the reception desk, were incredibly welcoming and friendly, making us feel relaxed throughout our stay. Our room was spacious and luxurious, with lovely bathrobes and toiletries in the well-sized bathroom. The tea and coffee machine was a nice touch, and the luxury bedding ensured a great night's sleep here. We also appreciated the proximity to the square at the front, just a few minutes' walk away.
We highly recommend this hotel to families.

The location of the hotel couldn't have been better. It was right in the centre of the old city, in the middle of all the attractions we wanted to visit. Plus, it was conveniently located on the tram line, making it easy to explore the city. The room was silent and comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep after a long day of sightseeing. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay enjoyable.
The price of the hotel was a bit too high, making it difficult to extend our stay.
